" W H E R E T H E W I L D T H I N G S A R E " M U R A L S This interactive walk-through mural environment for children is based on the works of writer / illustrator Maurice Sendak, and was created for the Sony Metreon Center in Odaiba, Japan. This immersive environment was designed, orchestrated, and installed by Cinnabar , an entertainment design and fabrication company located in Glendale, California, specializing in the construction of themed environments for film, television, museums, and attractions. "I am proud to have been a member of the creative team of artists chosen to paint the sets, props and murals for this themed attraction based on Mr. Sendak's imaginative children's book "Where the Wild Things Are."
